About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced project manager within real estate for assignments with our clients. The assignments include real estate development, renovations, space adaptations, technical installations, and other business or real estate-related change initiatives.

As a consultant, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring projects throughout the entire execution phase, from preliminary studies and design to final delivery. You ensure that projects are carried out according to agreed goals regarding time, cost, quality, and function.

The role requires independence, good coordination skills, and experience in leading projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Competence Level

We are looking for a consultant corresponding to competence level 3, which means you work independently, can lead small to medium-sized projects or sub-projects, and have several years of experience in the field. You are expected to be able to plan, execute, and monitor projects with limited support, while contributing methodology, structure, and professional judgment.

Example of Tasks

• Lead and coordinate projects within real estate, construction, and technical installations
• Establish, monitor, and report on schedules, budgets, and project goals
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that requirements, contracts, and technical solutions are adhered to
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks and deviations
• Prepare decision support materials, status reports, and project documentation
• Participate in procurement and follow-up of contractors and suppliers
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to current laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and project methodology

Requirements

• Relevant university education in construction, real estate, engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of documented experience in project management within real estate, construction, or technical installations
• Experience in independently driving projects with responsibility for time, cost, and quality
• Good knowledge of construction processes, contracting forms, and contract law
• Experience in coordinating multiple actors in complex project environments
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Good administrative and organizational skills

Merits

• Certification in project management such as IPMA, PMI, or equivalent
• Experience from the public sector or socially important operations
• Experience with space adaptations, tenant adaptations, or larger renovation projects
• Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U, occupational health and safety, or design management
• Experience with security-classified projects or security-sensitive operations
• Experience with commercial real estate or business-adapted premises
