About the role

As an Area Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving new business and developing customer relationships in Central Sweden, from Gävle to Örebro. The location is flexible within the region, for example Västerås, Uppsala, or Örebro, depending on where you have your base. You sell staffing and workforce solutions to the Industrial segment, with a particular focus on owner-managed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The role is operational and close to the market. You work actively with prospecting, customer meetings, and build a stable pipeline over time. The pace is fast, activity levels are clear, and you drive your business forward independently with structure and endurance. As an ASR, you own the business from first contact to close, and are responsible for both results, quality, and profitability.

The business is also conducted in close collaboration with the delivery organization, where you together ensure that what is sold can also be delivered. This requires clarity, accountability, and business acumen throughout the process. With us, success means working long-term, with the right deals and sustainable results.

You will primarily work with:

  • Building pipeline through active and structured prospecting.
  • Identifying and developing business with industrial customers within the SMB segment.
  • Driving the business all the way from first contact to close.
  • Driving quality and profitability in the business - in close collaboration with the customer, delivery, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Working with clear goals and developing your market over time.
