Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a restaurant employee who wants to work in a team with joy and positivity, where a service-oriented attitude and teamwork are at the center. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all of the restaurant's guests. The role includes, among other things, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash registers, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurant MR Dragonen

The restaurant is located on a military base in the center of Arvidsjaur. Restaurant Dragonen has nine employees and serves approximately 200–450 lunches per day. In addition to lunch, we also serve breakfast, dinner, evening meals, and catering for the area. Representation events are common for both small and large groups. Throughout the year, there are major intensive military exercises, celebrations, and regimental days. Evening and weekend work occurs frequently.

Since we operate within a protected object, a police certificate (register extract) and a confidentiality certificate are required. The police certificate must be clean, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operations take place within a military area.

• You are over 18 years old.
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to ensure efficiency.
• Through your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day.
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given.
• You see your impact in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus.
