Body Shop Technician for Småländska Bil in Vetlanda

Responsibilities

In the role of body shop technician, you are responsible for performing qualified repairs on damaged passenger cars according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines. Your work is crucial to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks include:

• Repair and replace body panels, including straightening, welding, riveting, and gluing.
• Assemble and disassemble components during damage repairs.
• Work with modern tools and measuring equipment.
• Document work digitally in systems such as Cabas/Cab Repair.
• Collaborate closely with damage assessors.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and pleasant working environment.

Are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a team environment. You have an eye for detail and always strive for high quality in your work.

We would like you to have:

• Education in body repair, vehicle technology, or equivalent experience.
• Documented experience in bodywork on passenger cars.
• Experience working according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines.
• Good knowledge of modern body shop technology.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
