ADayservice is growing and is now looking for an Operational Manager who wants to take a key role in our operations. You will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing assignments within delivery, installation, and setup of workspaces. This role suits you if you thrive on being close to the operations, leading employees, and simultaneously participating in the practical work yourself.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Operational Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our assignments are carried out efficiently, professionally, and with high quality. You plan resources, lead installers, and ensure that the work is performed according to the customer's wishes and our quality requirements.

You work both operationally and strategically, which means that you personally participate in many assignments while driving the daily operations forward. An important part of the role is also to contribute to the company's sustainability work by promoting resource-efficient working methods, reducing material waste, and ensuring sustainable solutions in our assignments. We are also certified with Bra Miljöval (Good Environmental Choice) for our transport and use 100% electric vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and lead delivery and installation assignments
• Responsible for staffing and resource planning
• Act as the contact person for customers during ongoing assignments
• Ensure quality, working environment, sustainability, and efficiency
• Perform installation work at customer sites
• Lead and develop installers and work teams
• Participate in improvement work and development of operations
• Contribute to developing and monitoring sustainable working methods and processes

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have several years of experience in installation and interior fitting
• Have good knowledge of wall anchoring in different materials
• Can install and mount whiteboards, curtain rods, lockers, shelving systems, as well as office and school furniture
• Have experience leading personnel or projects
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Enjoy customer contact and representing the company on-site
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have an interest in sustainability issues and resource-efficient working methods

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience from the moving, logistics, or interior design industry
• Forklift license
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of working environment, safety, and sustainability work
