About the Role

Do you want to work on the electricity grid of the future on Gotland?

We are now looking for you who want to work as a Preparator (Beredare) with us at Gotlands Elnät.

About the Position

As a Preparator with us, you play a key role in shaping the electricity grid of the future. You drive our electricity distribution projects, and through your work, you ensure that we build smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that stand the test of time.

What You Will Do

The role is both dynamic and varied, involving both technical work and collaboration with people. You develop viable technical solutions, perform grid calculations, and create economic estimates, while also maintaining a broad network of contacts with landowners, customers, and authorities. Here, you will truly use your problem-solving skills in everyday life – and contribute to finding ways forward when challenges arise.

You will become part of the Project Office, where you work closely with project managers, other preparators, and documentation technicians. Together, you create a strong competence base and an environment where knowledge sharing and development are in focus.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Industry experience is meritorious
• Knowledge of NetBas is meritorious
