We are recruiting to strengthen operations in a modern and well-invested facility where technology is constantly evolving.

In the role of Process Technician, you will have the opportunity to work close to production and be an important part of the chain that takes mass wood into finished pulp products.

You will also be working with:

• Operational optimization, control, and process monitoring in the control room.

• Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring the facility is kept clean and operationally safe.

• Collaborating with shift teams, process engineers, and the maintenance department to ensure stable and safe production.

We offer a structured and workplace-based training program together with onboarding coordinators and experienced colleagues. We also offer the opportunity to obtain additional forklift certifications.

The position is a permanent full-time role – 3-shift system, based in Mönsterås.

We are looking for you who thrive in a dynamic and technical environment, where collaboration and personal responsibility are crucial. You are curious, engaged, and have an eye for mechanics.

• Be good at collaborating and contributing to a secure working atmosphere.

• Be able to handle stress and make wise decisions in safety-critical situations.

• Have a strong safety mindset, as safety always comes first at Södra.

We also look for you to have experience with:

• Experience in process technology or a process technology background.

• Forklift license A–B (meritorious).

You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as a B driving license. The role can be physically demanding.
