About the role – Production Staff in Västerhaninge

We are looking for engaged employees for full-time positions within production. You will be part of a stable team and work in a modern production environment where quality and hygiene are in focus. The role involves varied tasks along the production line, as well as opportunities for development within the company and extension or transition to permanent employment.

Responsibilities – Production, packing, and quality work

• Work at production lines handling and processing food products
• Packing, labeling, and quality controls
• Ensure that work procedures follow hygiene routines and safety regulations
• Report deviations and contribute to improvement suggestions
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a practical work environment. You are flexible, can work at a high pace when needed, and take initiative to solve tasks. Experience from food production, industry, or warehousing is meritorious, but not a requirement — the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Physical endurance and ability to stand and perform manual work
• Experience from production or the food industry is meritorious
• Awareness of hygiene and safety
