About the position – Warehouse Worker with Forklift License in Jordbro

We are looking for engaged employees for full-time positions within warehousing and logistics. You will become part of a stable team in a modern warehouse facility where order, efficiency, and safety are prioritized. The role involves handling goods, picking and packing, forklift operation, and daily control of material flow. There are good opportunities for introduction, further training, and extension or transition to permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts (reach truck, counterbalance, or other types depending on needs)
• Picking and packing orders according to instructions and quality requirements
• Loading and unloading vehicles, as well as stacking and moving materials within the warehouse area
• Daily safety and functional checks of forklifts
• Documenting receipt and dispatch of goods and using scanning systems when necessary
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient and safe flow

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and safety-conscious. You thrive with practical work and working at a pace that may vary. You are a team player who takes initiative to solve tasks and contributes to a positive work environment. Experience from warehousing or production is meritorious but not a requirement if you have the right attitude and a valid forklift license.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license (experience with multiple forklift types is meritorious)
• Experience from warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing industry is meritorious
• Good understanding of and adherence to safety routines
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Good physical fitness as the work may involve heavy lifting and standing/walking

Meritorious

• Category B driver's license
• Experience with scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Previous experience from the food or manufacturing industry
