About the role

As a Shift Coordinator (Driftkoordinator), you act as the bridge between production and maintenance. You lead and distribute the work for the operators and actively work to optimize processes to ensure the highest quality in our production. Your daily work will not include any personnel responsibility.

Responsibilities

The role involves overall responsibility for connecting production, maintenance, and quality assurance in a warm and dynamic industrial environment.

You will:

  • Operationally lead the shift operators and secure production
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders to maintenance staff based on the operational situation
  • Optimize production processes and flows based on raw material variations
  • Perform troubleshooting and act as technical support during maintenance interventions
  • Conduct quality controls and laboratory tests close to production
  • Be responsible for and maintain ongoing risk assessments in the facility
  • Handle administrative tasks in business and maintenance systems
  • Coach and develop staff competence in process technology

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic technical understanding of electricity, automation, and mechanical connections
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to engage and delegate
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing for nuanced communication
  • Category B driver's license and access to a personal car
  • Experience working in manufacturing industry

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Knowledge of Lean and process optimization
  • Experience with administrative work in production systems and the Office suite
  • Education in automation or industrial economics
  • Experience with risk assessments and safety work
  • Experience with process monitoring and control via PLC and SCADA systems
