Are you engaged, skilled in production engineering, and communicative? Do you want to work with varied tasks close to production? Then we have the job for you!

We are currently looking for a Production Engineer for our section within Product Development in Örebro. In this role, you will work on production engineering issues for our customers within the telecom, automotive, defense, manufacturing, and mining industries.

This is a broad and key role where you act as a crucial link between product development/design and production. Your tasks include developing production layouts, tooling design, and the acquisition of new production equipment. You will also be involved in the introduction of new products, drawing reviews, preparation, assessment of machine capacity, method selection, and programming.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Degree from a university of technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in production engineering.
• Knowledge of CAD and reading technical drawings. Knowledge of quality management documentation such as FMEA.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

You will be based at AFRY's office in Örebro and/or at the customer's premises.
