Packmaster - Art and Warehouse Management

Hauges Art & Antiques Logistics AB is a niche logistics company with the ambition to assist museums, interior architects, antique dealers, and artists with their needs for transportation, storage, and installations. Our customers consist largely of international interior designers, galleries, and traders based in the USA, France, and Italy.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a well-organized and meticulous person to handle the flow of goods at the terminal, as well as package cargo and build boxes for secure national and international transport.

Packmaster
The work involves packaging art and furnishings, as well as manufacturing wooden transport crates. The role requires creativity, precision, and attention to detail, as we often handle unique items that place unique demands on packaging.

Warehouse
The work consists of receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods, often fragile and cumbersome. The job requires good physical fitness and a gentle touch. All incoming and outgoing goods are documented. You are responsible for organizing and maintaining an efficient and structured order at the terminal.

You will have contact with customers in speech and writing, so good knowledge of Swedish and English is therefore a prerequisite.

Experience from similar work is meritorious but not a requirement. Greater emphasis is placed on general suitability, ambitions, and how you function in a team. Internal training in packing and carpentry is provided upon employment.

The position is based at our terminal in Falkenberg.

Employment Level:

50% permanent employment with good opportunities for increased permanent service or extra hourly work. Fixed salary according to ÖK (Collective Agreement). Suitability and work results are motivating factors in salary setting.

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• English in speech and writing
• Good physical fitness
• Self-reliant, organized, and solution-oriented

Meritorious Qualifications

• French/Italian
• Category C driver's license
• Technical knowledge of woodworking/electrical work
• Experience from similar work or at auction houses, museums, or in interior design/art
