Siarö Fort is located in the heart of the Stockholm archipelago and is a living historical site featuring a restaurant, café, and seasonal operations. We are now looking for an experienced chef who wants to create well-prepared, appreciated meals in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
We are not looking for fine dining, but rather for you who have professional experience as a chef, enjoy cooking honest and delicious food from scratch, and thrive in a small team where everyone helps each other out.
About the position
- Planning and preparation of lunches and simple à la carte dishes
- Working with seasonal ingredients
- Responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations
We are looking for you who
- Have experience from the culinary profession
- Are self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy working in a calm but occasionally intensive seasonal operation
- Like working in a unique environment far from stress and the big city
