Property Caretaker for our operations in Eskilstuna

As a Property Caretaker at Riksbyggen in the Mälardalen Market Area in Eskilstuna, you will be one of the employees working closest to the customer. You will have a combined role involving outdoor and garden maintenance, indoor property maintenance, and corrective repairs. This includes, among other things, ensuring compliance with management agreements, as well as receiving and promptly handling customer requests, orders, and fault reports. The work is varied and social.

We are looking for a versatile Property Caretaker. Tasks related to outdoor environments and gardens include, but are not limited to, property maintenance and supervision such as mowing grass, flower bed care, pruning, cleaning, etc. The role also includes indoor maintenance and supervision through property rounds. The position involves handling routine maintenance after fault reports and rounds, maintaining daily customer contact, and purchasing consumable materials. The role of Property Caretaker is a highly varied and autonomous job. The work requires an independent person who can take initiative and must also be able to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a high school education and/or vocational training focused on property maintenance or equivalent competence acquired in another way
• has experience with outdoor work, repairs, and property maintenance
• can communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• holds a valid Category B driver's license

You need to have an interest in learning new digital systems and be positive towards development, as well as have a strong sense of service and teamwork. We place great emphasis on personality and independence.

Good computer skills are essential, as the handling of work orders, for example, is digitalized and largely managed through mobile phone apps.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.
