About the role

As an Area Manager at Samhall, you are responsible for employees, customer relations, as well as operations and daily management, which means varied, exciting, and operational work. You have a clear responsibility to develop your employees and match the right employee to the right assignment. You also work on coaching your employees towards new jobs outside of Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. The coaching includes motivating, establishing business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and education. In terms of customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and size of the assignments, you as an Area Manager are responsible for either one or several assignments. You work in teams with others to contribute to the district's goal fulfillment and profitability. As responsible for operations, you ensure the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good work environment and satisfied customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Leadership experience
• Experience in sales and customer relations with good results
• Experience working operationally with personnel and customers
• Meritorious: Cleaning service experience, knowledge of SRY/Insta
• Minimum upper secondary education
• Category B driver's license

You have the ability to develop and coach your employees and match the right person to the right assignment. As a leader, you are driven and used to working independently based on a goal- and result-oriented perspective, while also being a team player who interacts with others with a focus on the development of the district and market area. You enjoy creating contacts and developing good relationships both internally and externally.
