About the Role

As a camera and alarm installer, you will have a broad and varied role involving installation, service, and support. Your daily routine will alternate between practical work on-site with customers, such as installing, commissioning, and programming alarm and camera systems, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience in the industry, for example, in camera and/or alarm installations, access control systems, or electrical installations. You will also handle ongoing support cases and assist customers both via phone from the office and on-site. To succeed in this role, you are a technically interested person who enjoys working in a problem-solving manner. Since a large part of the job involves direct contact with customers, it is crucial that you are communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable with customer interaction in various forms.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and programming of alarm and camera systems.
• Troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of security systems on-site.
• Technical support and troubleshooting via phone and on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in installation work.
• Comfortable with customer contact, both in person and via phone.
• Previous experience in support functions is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid B-driver's license.
