Here you will have a central role in developing our warehouse structure and creating optimal spaces for our production. You will become a key person ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently, organized, and in line with the business's growth and needs. About the role As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the overall warehouse operations related to packaging & printing activities. You and your team work closely with production and planning to ensure that materials, packaging, and semi-finished products are in the right place at the right time, and that our inbound and outbound deliveries adhere to agreed schedules. The role combines strategic work with warehouse optimization, cleaning efficiency, and practical tasks in the daily flow. Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for our warehouse structure, order & cleanliness, and optimization of warehouse areas
• Responsible for creating clear processes and routines in the area
• Handle inbound and outbound deliveries as well as booking of freight
• Receiving, registering, and controlling goods
• Planning and handling of packaging materials and semi-finished products
• Ensuring efficient material flows between the warehouse and production
• Inventories, follow-up, and reporting of warehouse levels
• Continuously working on improving routines and working methods
• Communication between internal departments as well as daily contact with suppliers
• Purchasing materials for the warehouse and production
• Responsible for our forklift fleet and ensuring it is kept in good condition
• Forklift driving in daily work

• Have documented experience from the logistics industry with warehouse management, warehouse optimization, and inbound & outbound deliveries (TA System)
• Are accustomed to working structured with flows, areas, and material planning
• Have a good understanding of production needs and how the warehouse supports the business
• Are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working both operationally and analytically
• Have good administrative skills and preferably experience with warehouse or business systems (BC/Printvis)
• Hold a valid A & B Forklift License
• Can communicate fluently in speech and writing, both Swedish and English
• Have documented leadership qualities (personnel responsibility may become relevant)
