As a salesperson with us, you work with the sales of Ford, Ford Transit vans, as well as used cars – targeting both private and business customers. The role is broad and varied, where you are responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to delivered car.

You are not just in the showroom – you are present out with the customer, receive visiting customers, conduct proactive activities, and show cars on site. For us, it is important that you enjoy customer meetings, build relationships, and want to work where the business happens.

Your profile

You are a versatile person who thrives on variety, responsibility, and working close to the entire business – from first customer contact to closing. You like to operate in a smaller town where relationships, presence, and local knowledge make a difference. With strong personal drive, you work purposefully towards set goals and always put the customer experience first.

You are responsive to the customer's needs, flexible, and solution-oriented, and enjoy being visible, being out there, and meeting customers in their daily lives. The workday is varied and consists of sales in the showroom, proactive customer processing via phone and digital channels, as well as personal customer meetings and proactive sales work.

We would like you to have previous sales experience and good local knowledge, but most importantly, your attitude. You are a team player who takes initiative, collaborates towards common goals, and sees opportunities in every customer meeting.
