Dala Solenergi is a local roofing and solar energy company headquartered in Borlänge. With over 12 years of experience and more than 1,000 completed installations, we work with everything from single-family homes to housing cooperatives and commercial properties. We offer complete solutions for roof replacements, roof renovations, solar panels, and batteries.

We are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help our customers find the right solution for their roofs.

Job Responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you are the customer's first point of contact and a key figure in the business. About half of your working time is spent on customer visits, at private homes, housing cooperatives, or at businesses. You assess the condition of the roof, identify needs, and present solutions. The rest of the time, you work at the office on preparing quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication.

You work closely with our subcontractors to ensure that every project runs smoothly from signed contract to finished roof.

The work includes among other things:

• Home visits and inspections for private individuals, housing cooperatives, and companies
• Needs analysis and advice regarding roof replacement and renovation
• Preparation of quotes and price levels adapted to the project
• Follow-up of leads in our CRM system
• Ongoing customer dialogue until the deal is closed

We are looking for you who:

You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy meeting customers face-to-face. You are organized, self-motivated, and driven by clear goals. No previous experience in the roofing industry is required – we will train you. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and the desire to develop.

You:

• Have a valid driver's license (Category B) and enjoy mobile work
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are motivated by results and commission
• Have a strong work ethic and like taking personal responsibility
• Are curious about construction, craftsmanship, and energy solutions
