Fröslunda Health Centre is a very pleasant workplace with 52 employees. We are a large health centre with approximately 13,500 registered patients. Our team includes nurses, district nurses, specialists in general practice, resident doctors, assistant nurses, social workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We have short decision-making paths and a close, non-hierarchical dialogue in our daily work across all professions. This strengthens our patient safety, and naturally, our patients are always the focus of our work.

Your Responsibilities

The work consists of a constant variety of tasks such as telephone advice, digital healthcare contacts, clinic visits, and light acute care. You drive your own work but also contribute to the whole at the health centre and develop the operations together with us. As an employee here, there are good opportunities for development. We offer working hours that give you the opportunity to influence your schedule within given frameworks as far as the operations allow.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse. We would like you to have a few years of professional experience, but you are also welcome to apply if you are new to your professional role.

We are looking for someone who is fundamentally positive and has an interest in personal and organizational development as our operations grow and adapt to patient needs. Perhaps you have a special area of interest that you would like to implement? You are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions while having good collaboration skills. You have a patient-centered approach, are responsive, and flexible in your work. You see solutions instead of problems and have a good ability to prioritize.

You are service-oriented and can give "that little extra" to the patients you meet.

Personal qualities will be given great weight.

Employment Type

Temporary position during parental leave, with start date by agreement.
