Do you own your own business, are you a retiree, a student, or do you have another main occupation of at least 50%? We are now looking for new employees for warehouse / picking and packing at Kärhs in Nybro. Both short-term assignments when needed in spring, as well as opportunities for work both in the summer and into the autumn!

You will become an important part of the production and logistics flow. In this role, you are responsible for picking articles according to orders, packing and preparing for delivery, as well as ongoing quality control. The work is varied and the pace can be high during certain periods. You will receive an introduction on-site and work in close collaboration with colleagues and team leaders.

• Pick articles from the warehouse according to order and picking systems
• Pack and secure goods for transport according to given instructions
• Check the condition and quantity of articles and report discrepancies
• Sort and label packages and prepare for pickup
• Maintain order in the work area and follow safety routines
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to an efficient workflow

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, fast, and enjoys practical work in a team. You have good cooperation skills and are solution-oriented. The work requires that you can work structured under sometimes high pressure and that you take responsibility for your part of the process.

• Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience from picking and packing or warehouse work is an advantage
• A forklift license is an advantage but not always a requirement
