In the role of maintenance mechanic, you will become a key person in the production. Your job is to ensure the machines keep running, and when something goes wrong, you are quick on the scene to solve the problem. This role suits you if you enjoy wrenching, troubleshooting, and finding smart solutions in your daily work. You will work with both planned maintenance and urgent interventions as part of a supportive team.

Your responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery

• Preventive maintenance

• Rapid response during production stoppages

• Working on improvements in production

• Collaborating with colleagues in production and technical departments

We are looking for you who are a positive, structured, and responsible mechanic with a genuine interest in maintenance work. You work methodically, are self-motivated, and have a high focus on safety and quality. Collaboration and team spirit are important to you, as is taking personal responsibility and making decisions in everyday situations. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a good pace even when there is a lot to do.

• Category B driver's license and access to a car

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Upper secondary education with a focus on maintenance technology, industry, or equivalent

• Experience working as a maintenance mechanic within the industry

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
