We are now looking for an Operations Support for Joyweek's cleaning team. This role is perfect for you if you have experience in cleaning services and want to work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal organization to ensure quality, structure, and stable delivery.

As an Operations Support, you will become an important part of our cleaning team and work close to the operations. You will follow up on deliveries on-site, support daily work, and contribute to improvements in everyday life. The role is operational and has a clear focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and well-functioning collaborations. The role is based in Gothenburg, and you will work extensively with our existing customers & suppliers in Linköping and Gothenburg. Approximately 50% of the role's responsibilities will be linked to an existing major customer, where you ensure that the collaboration works well and that the customer receives the quality they expect.

About the role

As an Operations Support, you will become an important part of Joyweek's cleaning team. The role resembles a supervisory role to some extent but with a focus on follow-up, quality, and coordination together with our subcontractors.

Together with your closest colleague, who will also be your closest manager, you have an overall responsibility in the daily work related to our quality deliveries within cleaning. Part of the role involves visiting existing customers, following up on deliveries on-site, and ensuring that the work functions according to agreed quality. You have ongoing contact with both suppliers and customers, and collaborate with the sales organization when necessary, for example during minor deviations, follow-ups, or start-ups.

The role is based in Gothenburg, but you will work extensively with both Linköping and Gothenburg. Therefore, travel occurs approximately once a month.

Your responsibilities include:

• Follow up and ensure quality in cleaning deliveries
• Maintain ongoing contact with subcontractors in operational work
• Support daily work related to delivery, quality, and follow-up
• Handle deviations and ensure they are resolved together with the supplier
• Participate in joint visits with sales during, for example, minor deviations or customer follow-ups
• Contribute to creating structure and clear working methods
• Identify areas for improvement in everyday life and drive them forward
• Support the start-up of new objects when needed

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from the cleaning industry
• Have worked in a supervisory, coordinating, or operational role within cleaning
• Have a good understanding of quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Are confident in dialogue with both customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Are proficient in the Microsoft Office package
• Have a B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have had personnel responsibility previously, although the role in this case mainly involves coordination and follow-up via subcontractors.

You like to create structure, follow up, and ensure things get done, while having a non-hierarchical attitude and not being afraid to be operational when needed.
