SGD's broad customer offering simplifies professional craftsmen's access to an extensive range of products directly aimed at or related to craftsmanship services within flooring, wall, construction, and tiling. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a warehouse employee with us, you are an important part of the operation and have daily contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You are responsible for providing our customers with world-class service while contributing to a well-functioning warehouse operation.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Handling incoming calls and receiving and assisting customers who visit us
• Working with order processing and follow-up of deliveries
• Receiving goods as well as picking and packing customer orders
• Driving forklifts and other common warehouse tasks
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the warehouse and store
• Contributing to daily operations and helping out where needed

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in sales, customer service, or another role with close customer contact.
• Have experience in warehouse work.
• Hold a forklift license.
• Hold a B driver's license.
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Experience from the construction or flooring industry (meritorious).

WHAT WE OFFER

A position in a strong, growing wholesale company within the flooring industry in Sweden. You will become part of a team of very knowledgeable and wonderful colleagues. The flooring wholesaler in Umeå is part of SGD, established throughout Sweden, which offers a complete range of flooring solutions and accessories for professional craftsmen as well as private customers.

The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months. We have a collective agreement. The workplace is in Umeå, the position is full-time, and the intended start date is immediately, upon agreement.
