About the role

For the upcoming season, we are opening another rental facility and are now looking for an Assistant Shift Leader who wants to help develop our operations. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Shift Leader and hold a key position in daily operations. Together, you will ensure efficient operations with high quality, a strong focus on results, and a first-class guest experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and plan daily operations together with the Shift Leader
• Coach, develop, and provide ongoing feedback to staff
• Ensure clear routines and workflows within the rental department
• Handle schedule adjustments and contribute to scheduling
• Actively work on developing the business with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction

Your profile

• You have a genuine interest in skiing and mountain life
• You are clear in your communication and confident in making quick decisions
• You have good administrative skills and an eye for structure and order
• You are motivated by developing people and creating a strong team spirit
• Experience from ski rental and/or leadership is an advantage
