RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Retail Salesperson for our store in Emporia, Malmö.

Here, you work with freedom under responsibility and have great opportunities to influence your work.

Your main task is to sell by ensuring the world's best customer experience, always keeping service and customer satisfaction in mind in every step. In addition to sales, you will ensure that all shelves are well-stocked, products are well-positioned, the store is cleaned, goods are unpacked, customer emails are answered, and online orders are packed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are goal-oriented and have a conscious desire to sell, with a strong service spirit, who is accommodating and flexible, and has a sense of responsibility for the store's condition and order. A burning interest in jewelry and watches is essential.

Since our store represents many of the leading jewelry manufacturers, we place great emphasis on your ability to deepen your knowledge of products, materials, manufacturing, and collection names.

You enjoy meeting people, selling, and providing good service at a fast pace. You understand the importance of good customer interaction and service.

We prefer that you are computer literate. Since you will occasionally need to speak English with customers, we prefer that you are comfortable doing so.

Working hours include weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Previous retail experience is an advantage.

This is a full-time position.
