About the Role

Do you want to combine a strong sales drive with leadership and a passion for skiing? As the Team Leader for our sports shops, you will play a key role in creating inspiring customer experiences, developing the team, and driving sales forward.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Create first-class customer experiences and guide guests to the right products
• Drive sales with a focus on results, profitability, and upselling
• Ensure stores are sales-oriented, inspiring, and well-stocked
• Coach and develop employees in their daily work
• Plan and execute activities such as events and ski tests
• Contribute to purchasing and assortment development

Your Profile

• Strong interest in skiing and mountain life
• A driven salesperson with a sense for business and service
• Confident in your leadership and accustomed to making decisions
• A team player who creates energy and engagement
• Experience in retail, leadership, and purchasing is an advantage
