About the role
Prioritaire works with goods, logistics, and transport, acting as a holistic supplier and concierge for its customers. They operate in a general industry but work with many recurring premium clients, which requires you as a junior salesperson to be highly driven, service-minded, and business-oriented.
In this role, you will join as a driven salesperson with a primary focus on processing new customers and building your own customer base. You will be involved in the entire sales chain, from identifying business opportunities with new customers, conducting needs analyses, visiting clients, finalizing quotes, to follow-up customer care. You will work with multiple contacts, both internally and externally, and utilize a large customer network. You will have clearly defined KPIs to work towards, and you will be introduced to a welcoming environment where you will receive training and support from your colleagues.
The start for this role will initially be after the summer of 2026 to give you the best conditions to step into the role (and hopefully allow you to enjoy a long and pleasant summer).

Responsibilities
- Processing new customers
- Prospecting and making cold calls to build your customer base
- Conducting customer visits and getting to know their needs
- Preparing and following up on proposals/agreements for your customers
- Responsible for follow-up and customer care for your clients
- Supporting the company's Key Account Managers (KAM) with various tasks
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience and a strong interest in sales and customer service. You understand the entire B2B sales cycle and have experience picking up the phone and prospecting from previous sales jobs
- Has good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
- Has very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will communicate in both languages daily
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience within the transport and logistics industry
- A valid driver's license (Class B)

Naturally, you have an intuitive sense for understanding customers and their needs, as well as a persuasive sales ability.
