Vitas Group is the leading provider of smart HVAC solutions in the Nordics. We are now looking for an Application Specialist who wants to take ownership of our D365 Finance & Operations platform and contribute to our continued digital development.

The Role
As an Application Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between IT and the business. You will manage, develop, and optimize D365 F&O while supporting process improvements within our Nordic operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders in finance, supply chain, production, and sales, ensuring that our ERP platform creates real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop D365 Finance & Operations
• Gather business requirements and implement solutions
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Coordinate and manage external consultants and partners
• Support users through training and ongoing system support
• Improve data quality and business flows

Your Profile
We believe you have:

• 3+ years of experience with D365 F&O or AX 2012
• Good understanding of ERP processes within finance, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, and process development
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Platform or Power BI
• Experience with master data, reporting, or data quality initiatives
• Experience from Nordic or international organizations

As a person, you are proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and thrive when working closely with both business stakeholders and IT partners.
