We are looking for a structured and engaged supervisor for a tire warehouse in Borås. Do you want to work in a business where warehousing, administration, and the automotive industry meet? About the Role

In this position, you will work broadly within the warehouse operations, focusing on leading and distributing work, as well as administration, registration, and structure. You will handle incoming and outgoing goods, work in various systems, and contribute to keeping the warehouse at a high level of quality and efficiency. The role suits you if you enjoy combining practical warehouse work with administrative tasks. You will also work with forklift driving, where experience with both reach trucks and order pickers is a requirement. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a supervisory or coordinating role and has the ability to take responsibility, create structure, and support the business in daily work. For the right person, there are good opportunities for further development within the company.

You are a person who appreciates order, structure, and clear work processes. At the same time, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and quick to step in where needed. You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute to a positive work environment. We would like you to:

• Have experience from the tire or automotive industry.
• Have an interest in administration and system work.
• Be comfortable working in various systems and learn new routines quickly.
• Have an interest in cars and technology.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supervision, team leadership, or personnel coordination.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Forklift license A1–A4 and B1–B4.
• Experience with reach trucks and order pickers.
• Available for full-time work on weekdays.
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car.
