About the role

As the leader of the patisserie, you have overall responsibility for operations, results, and employees. You are a present and inspiring leader who creates both job satisfaction in the team and a first-class experience for our customers.

You work both strategically and operationally – from planning and follow-up to being on the floor when needed.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Lead, coach, and develop your team towards common goals
• Plan staffing, schedules, and ensure efficient operations
• Drive sales and create an inspiring and high-quality assortment
• Be responsible for budget, cost control, and results
• Ensure smooth product flow, ordering, and inventory management
• Actively work on improvements and development of the business
