At Vallonbygden, you become part of a dedicated craftsman group with various professional competencies. Together, you are responsible for the maintenance and renovation of apartments, premises, and common areas.

We offer a varied job where no day is like the other. You get the opportunity to work with both minor maintenance tasks and larger renovation projects, which provides a broad variation of tasks and challenges. The work is largely independent, but for larger projects, you collaborate to achieve the best possible results.

Your future tasks

As a painter with us, you will work with:

• Spackling, sanding, and painting
• Renovation and maintenance of apartments and premises
• Painting of common areas
• Exterior painting, such as facades and windows, during the summer half-year
• Other tasks included in the job's scope of responsibility

The role also involves

• Daily contact with tenants and contractors
• Being a positive representative and ambassador for Vallonbygden in our residential areas
• Material orders and some invoice handling
• Planning and prioritizing tasks together with colleagues and the service manager
• Independently driving assignments from start to finished result

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a trained painter or have corresponding experience in the profession. You are self-motivated, quality-conscious, and have an eye for detail.
