As the Head of Lift Attendants, your task is to maintain our lift attendants' good ratings from guests and high level of service. Together with the Area Manager Sport, you work daily to drive the department and develop it within our areas of work, safety, customer service, and delivery of world-class experiences for our visitors.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead, train, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to employees
• Responsibility for economy/results, budget, and purchasing for your department
• Part of the operations management team where you are responsible for the operation of the lifts in the resort
• Work in daily operations
• Always set a good example
• Personnel responsibility including recruitment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with customer service
• Documented experience in leadership
• Can ski or snowboard
• Is structured and administratively minded
