Job Description
Main accountabilities and responsibilities (including I Care)

- Participate in technology projects.
- Support the responsible Technology Area Manager (TAM).
- Contribute to feasibility studies.
- Document and communicate technical risks and potential business consequences during development.
- Support the TAM in providing input for project recommendations if the project is ready to pass a stage gate/toll gate from a technology perspective.
- Provide input to Capex request documentation.
- Contribute to the setup of Technology Requirement Specifications.
- Participate and actively contribute to the development of strategic machine platforms, starting with safety and including digital and process control solutions.
- Collect and evaluate feedback to understand current machine losses and drive the development of safety and performance improvements together with machine suppliers and the manufacturing organization.
- Support the pre-development of future disruptive innovations.
- Contribute to the rating of machine supplier performance.
Experience and qualification requirements
- Technical background with a University Degree in Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Experience from manufacturing operations, technology, and/or R&D (1–2 years).
- Functional leadership responsibility preferred.
