HSB is a member-owned housing organization. We are Sweden's leading company in the management and construction of condominiums. HSB Norra Götaland manages approximately 18,000 condominiums and 280 condominium associations. In addition to our member associations, we also have a number of private condominium associations and property owners as satisfied customers. We also manage our own property portfolio of 1,100 apartments as well as commercial premises. The service offering includes property services, property economics, contracting, and technology.

Do you want to help create good housing and provide our customers with the best possible service? We are now looking for a self-reliant and service-oriented Property Caretaker who thrives in a role with varied tasks and extensive customer contact.

The Role

In this position, you will work with:

• Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of properties

• Repairs and small construction projects

• Garden and green area maintenance

• Inspections, move-out inspections, and key management

• Collaboration with property managers and colleagues

• Winter readiness for snow and ice control

We are looking for you who

• Have experience/education in property technology, construction, or HVAC

• Have a good understanding of building technical systems

• Are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and confident in your tasks

• Have a B driver's license and good computer skills

• Fluently speak Swedish

Merits: brush cutter and chainsaw certificates, front-end loader training, or other relevant technical education.
