As Warehouse Manager at Hexagon, you will have overall responsibility for our warehouse. This is a key role in the organization where you work in close collaboration with the finance, purchasing, and technical support teams. You will be the driving force behind efficient warehouse flows, accurate inventory valuation, and structured logistics in an international environment.

In this role, you balance strategic management with operational flow. Your days will include, among other things:

• Warehouse Optimization & Analysis: You lead the daily work on the warehouse floor, manage inventory valuation, set reorder points, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out). You analyze item requirements together with purchasing and support.

• International Freight & Distribution: You book and manage domestic and international transport (including special deliveries such as trade shows) and have daily contact with carriers to find the most cost-effective solutions.

• Goods Handling & Administration: You handle arrival registration in MPS, perform arrival checks, and account for transport invoices.

• Daily Operations: You pack goods (everything from letters to pallets), drive forklifts, manage warehouse replenishment, and print shipping labels.

• Quality, Environment & Working Environment: You play a key role in ensuring that our daily work follows Hexagon's high standards and policies regarding quality, environment, and systematic work environment management.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within warehousing and logistics, handling both operational and administrative tasks.

• Forklift License: Valid forklift license with categories A1–B4 (mandatory).

• System Proficiency: Very good computer skills and experience with business systems. Experience working with Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is highly meritorious.

• Languages: Good proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as the role involves daily contact with international suppliers and partners.

Employment Type: The position starts as a consultancy assignment via Best Bemanning, with very good opportunities for a permanent position directly with Hexagon in the long term.

Scope: Full-time.

Start Date: Immediately, with a break for vacation during weeks 29-31.
