About the role

As a Pest Control Technician, you will work with preventing, investigating, and resolving pest issues for private individuals, businesses, and public organizations. The role offers great variety, with no two days being the same. You will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues to create safe and secure environments for our customers.

The primary location is Jönköping, but work may also take place in the Linköping area.

The assignment is a summer job during weeks 27–33, meaning you must be available to work throughout this entire period.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct inspections to identify pests and the causes of infestations
• Car out preventive measures and control operations in accordance with current laws and guidelines
• Install, check, and maintain traps and other technical protection solutions
• Document performed actions and report results
• Provide professional service and advice to customers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and thrives in a role where you can take initiative. You have a solution-oriented approach to work and enjoy meeting people in various situations. Since the work takes place in varying environments, you must be comfortable working at heights as well as in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience or education in pest control, environmental and nature conservation, or a similar field
• Experience working with pesticides according to current regulations
• Training in working at heights
