About the role

In this position, you will be a key member of our workshop team, contributing to the entire process from production to customer assembly. You will work on machine manufacturing according to drawings in the workshop, as well as assembly and commissioning at the customer's site. The role requires technical interest, the ability to work independently, teamwork skills, and customer contact. It is a varied job where you will work on interesting technical tasks and have development opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

As part of our workshop team, you will be involved in both workshop work and work at the customer's site.

Workshop work:

• One-off manufacturing of machines and machine constructions according to drawings
• Turning, milling, welding, assembly, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical assembly
• Testing, painting, and delivery

Work at customer site:

• Assembly, commissioning, and fine-tuning of machine systems

Other

The position is full-time, with working hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

You will be offered a permanent position with a 3+3 month probation period at INKAB in Hjo, starting as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for you with a technical interest and practical experience. Merits include at least 5 years of experience from a workshop or mechanical work. You are social, responsible, and thrive working both independently and in a team. You can read and use drawings, have good communication and collaboration skills, and take personal responsibility for your work.

It is a merit to have the ability to understand and work in SolidWorks, including navigating the program.

Formal education is not a requirement, but a technical education is a merit, and we can adapt the role if you are an engineer.

Requirements for the position:

• Good computer skills with knowledge of the 365 Office package
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and the ability to read and understand English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
