Do you want to join our growth journey? At Råda Coating, we are in the midst of an exciting expansion where we aim to become an even larger player in industrial painting over the coming years. Therefore, we are looking for more skilled colleagues.

We are currently looking for a careful, patient, and hands-on masker who wants to become part of our team. Here, you will have a significant role in production, a good working environment, great benefits, and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing company.

As a masker, you play a crucial role in the painting process. Your work determines which surfaces are protected, how the final result looks, and whether we can deliver the right quality to the customer. You will work with masking and unmasking a wide variety of components in different materials, shapes, and sizes – from small details to elements up to 8 meters long.

This role suits you if you enjoy practical precision work, have good manual dexterity, and thrive on solving problems in production. You need to be able to work carefully, think logically, and find smart solutions when tasks vary. Sometimes standard masking tape is the solution, while other jobs require more advanced and specially tailored masking solutions to deliver what the customer expects.

We work with small series and customized orders, meaning the tasks are varied and you have the opportunity to develop continuously. The pace is often fast, so it is important that you can handle stress while maintaining precision. Add a touch of humor and a good attitude – and you will fit right in with us.

Together with your colleagues, you become an important part of a larger workflow where every step matters. Many of the details we paint have previously gone through several different steps, such as cutting, bending, and welding at the customer’s or subcontractor’s facility. Therefore, it is important that every step is performed with care, responsibility, and professional pride.

Reporting is done in our business system, Monitor.

About You

We believe you thrive in a practical production environment where quality, responsibility, and attention to detail are important. The role suits you if you are steady-handed, enjoy practical precision work, and have the patience to work focused on detailed tasks for extended periods.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, take responsibility, and collaborate easily with others. You are careful, patient, and flexible in your working style, and you have the ability to absorb new information and apply it in practice.

A large part of the workday involves problem-solving. Therefore, it is important that you have logical thinking skills and enjoy understanding how things fit together. Problems do not stop you; instead, they encourage you to think further, find solutions, and contribute to improving the work.

We are a small company where everyone needs to help each other. This requires you to be unpretentious, not afraid to try new tasks, and willing to contribute to the whole. To thrive here, you also need to appreciate working together with others towards common goals.

You do not need previous experience as a masker, but we would appreciate if you have prior experience from roles where attention to detail and precision were important. This could be from industry, production, assembly, workshop, hobby activities, fine mechanics, or other practical contexts requiring patience, precision, and problem-solving.

Experience with reading technical drawings or understanding various manufacturing processes is a plus.

What matters most to us is not exactly what you have done before, but that you are solution-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, how you function in a team, and your willingness to develop together with us.
