Gardener Wanted – Full-time in Stockholm/Norrtälje Area

Leste Trädgård is now looking for a gardener to join our team. We provide professional garden maintenance, green area management, and simple landscaping services to businesses, housing associations, and private clients.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is hands-on, and wants an active job with varied daily tasks.

About the role

As a gardener with us, you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of outdoor environments. The tasks vary by season and may include:

• lawn mowing
• edging
• hedge trimming
• weeding
• leaf management
• simple planting
• basic ground and maintenance work
• on-site customer contact

This is a full-time position, and we are looking to fill the role immediately.

We are looking for someone who

• holds a valid driver's license (Category B)
• enjoys physical work
• thrives working outdoors in various weather conditions
• is detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual
• can work both independently and as part of a team
• has a friendly and professional attitude towards customers

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience in gardening, property maintenance, or similar work
• Familiarity with using lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge shears, and leaf blowers
• Experience with simple machinery operation
• Gardening education or other relevant training
