About the role:

As a Team DevOps Engineer, you will belong to the IT Operations and Security unit, where you will play a central role in bridging operations, development, and infrastructure. The team works closely with application operations, system administration, and architects, with a focus on high availability, security, and continuous improvement.

You will lead the team's work in designing, building, and maintaining standardized platforms that maximize automation and efficiency. The role is both strategic and operational, and is ideal for someone who thrives with responsibility, collaboration, and technical depth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate DevOps work within the team
• Automate and optimize existing platforms
• Monitor, improve, and secure tools and environments
• Handle and troubleshoot incidents and complex technical issues
• Collaborate with development, architecture, operations, and external vendors

Technical Environment:

• Operating Systems & Networking: Linux, Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS
• Databases: SQL, Oracle
• CI/CD & Automation: GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform
• Programming & Scripting: Python, Bash, Go, Java
• Containers & Platforms: Kubernetes, OKD (OpenShift Origin), Docker
• Artifacts & Monitoring: Nexus, Prometheus, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• IT Security: System hardening, network and hardware security
• Other: Troubleshooting, incident management, client-facing skills in an outsourced environment
