ISG Nordic AB is a specialist in security technology and system integration. We create customer-specific solutions involving CCTV, radar, and access control systems, often integrated with IT and industrial processes. Our customers operate within correctional services, infrastructure, schools/public spaces, industry/logistics, and property management. We handle the entire process: needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and operation – or the specific parts the customer desires. We have been in operation for over 30 years, growing steadily (15% annually over the last four years), and currently have approximately 75 employees with a turnover of 275 MSEK. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lagercrantz Group, which has 2,600 employees and a turnover of 7.7 billion SEK.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of customers' security systems (access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and integrated solutions). This means you must be able to work independently at customer sites and make technical decisions that impact system functionality. You will ensure high quality, drive improvements, and contribute to the team's competence development by serving as a technical resource and mentor for colleagues.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience in security systems (primarily intrusion alarms and access control) who has proven to be productive and valuable in previous roles. You should be accustomed to successfully commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and resolving issues with various types of security systems. We assume you have a valid driver's license, are a Swedish citizen, and have excellent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish. A clean police record (extract from the criminal record) is required.

The challenge for you may be learning our proprietary and relatively advanced security system, Integral. It is built for high-security environments such as nuclear power plants, correctional services, and police operations, where operational reliability and availability are critically important. Consequently, the role involves significant responsibility for customers' often large and complex systems and solutions.
