EWG Recycling is growing rapidly. Our operations span the entire country, the pace is fast, and our direction is clear. We are now looking for a CEO who wants to take over the daily management of a profitable company where much is happening simultaneously and decisions are made close to the operations.

When you are ready, the current CEO will focus fully on their role as Group CEO, focusing on the big picture, expansion, and strategic relationships. You will take over responsibility for the day-to-day operations. The business, the people, the delivery, and the results.

In just a few years, we have grown from a small operation to one of Sweden's most exciting players in circular material management.

We are looking for a CEO who wants to take over the operational responsibility for our largest subsidiary and lead the next phase of the journey. Today, the group generates over 500 million SEK in revenue, operates facilities across large parts of the country, and continues to grow through both new establishments and acquisitions.

This is not a role where everything is already finished. Quite the opposite.

The platform is in place. The customers are there. The facilities are there. The business works. But the largest part of the journey still lies ahead of us.

The goal is clear. We will continue to grow significantly, establish more facilities, develop new businesses, and strengthen our position as a leading player in the industry.

As CEO of EWG Recycling, you will be responsible for the entire operation. Operations, economics, sales, permits, safety, culture, and organization.

You will lead the company forward while working closely with the group management on matters concerning expansion, establishments, and acquisitions.

Decision paths are short. The mandate is large.

We are looking for a leader who likes to create movement.

You have likely led larger operations previously. You understand economics and business deeply and are accustomed to taking responsibility for results. You know how to get people to grow, how to build strong teams, and how to create structure without losing momentum.

At the same time, you are not the person who gets stuck behind a desk.

You want to be close to the operations. You build trust through presence. You can just as easily discuss strategy in the management group as stand out at a facility and talk to the people who make the operations work every day.

Industry experience from recycling, contracting, industry, or related businesses is valuable, but most importantly, you have experience leading in environments where much happens simultaneously and where growth, profitability, and operational delivery must go hand in hand.
