Vetmigo is growing, and we are now looking for you who want to help develop our collaborations with clinics and animal hospitals across Sweden.

Here, you will work closely with the veterinary industry by contributing to long-term partnerships with the goal of making their daily lives a little easier.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you work closely with both existing and new customers within the veterinary industry. You maintain ongoing dialogue with clinics and animal hospitals, identify needs, and help find practical solutions.

This is a varied role where you combine customer relations and business development with planning, coordination, and follow-up of our assignments. You become a key link between customer needs, our consultants, and our internal team within People & Talent.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Maintaining contact with existing customers and exploring new collaborations
• Conducting customer meetings and needs analyses
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Following up on assignments, contracts, and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for operational planning and scheduling of consultants
• Participating in trade fairs and events
• Collaborating closely with People & Talent regarding matching, staffing, and capacity planning
• Contributing to the development of working methods, delivery, and collaborations over time

This is a role with significant responsibility and frequent contact with both customers and colleagues. No two days are alike, and you need to thrive in switching between business dialogue, problem-solving, and daily structure.

Who are you?

We believe you are a relationship-driven and motivated person with experience from the animal healthcare industry. You have a good understanding of the industry and recognize the daily life at an animal clinic or hospital. This allows you to quickly understand customer needs, challenges, and priorities.
