We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented electrician who wants to deliver high quality to our customers.

We are growing and now seeking an engaged electrician for our team, based in Linköping or Norrköping. In this role, you will have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility, as well as close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You will become an important part of our operations and contribute to delivering high quality and good service in every assignment.

Your Responsibilities:

You will, among other things, work with the operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical installations in buildings. The tasks include troubleshooting, corrective measures, preventive maintenance, as well as installation and commissioning of new technical equipment to ensure stable, safe, and efficient property management. In this role, you collaborate closely with our property technicians and other specialists, contributing technical expertise, problem-solving, and support in complex operational and maintenance issues.

We are looking for you who are practical-minded, have good technical understanding, and experience with property and facility maintenance. If you have education or experience in electricity, control and regulation technology, or building automation, it is a merit, as our assignments often involve technical systems where several areas of competence interact. Experience with SBA (Systematic Fire Protection Work) and the role of facility caretaker is also a big plus. We would like you to have experience with both internal and external technical maintenance of buildings, as well as an interest in identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to efficient and well-functioning operations.

About the position: The position is full-time, permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Location is Linköping/Norrköping.
