About the Role

The role of Plant Technician is independent, agile, and varied. You will be responsible for servicing your customers in Linköping and the surrounding area, and you will be based at our Linköping office.

As a Plant Technician, you will work based on a basic plan that you help create with support from your nearest supervisor. A large part of your working time will be spent as the sole representative of Ambius at our customers' premises. Training and onboarding are conducted internally. For this role, we require a strong interest in plants and preferably prior experience.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:30. Salary is according to the collective agreement. You will travel from home and will be provided with a company vehicle (service van) for work purposes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and passionate about customer service, as interaction with our clients is a natural part of our service. You should also have a genuine interest in plants and interior design. You are a natural problem-solver and enjoy planning your days independently. You have previous experience in service, preferably from roles in hotels, restaurants, or as a receptionist. We place great importance on your ability to build trust with our customers. You are professional, energetic, cheerful, and outgoing towards both colleagues and customers.

Some tasks may be physically demanding, so it is important that you are in good physical health. Since you will be exposed to dust, pollen, and mites, this position is not suitable for individuals with allergies.

A valid B-driving license and good driving skills are required for this position. Good local knowledge is an advantage for both you and us.

You must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. As English is our corporate language, good proficiency in English is also an asset.

We offer the opportunity for a trial day where you will accompany an experienced technician to visit our customers before accepting a job offer. You will be paid for the trial day if you choose to join our team!
