In the role of nursing assistant, you will provide care to our clients, which means supporting and encouraging our home care recipients in their daily lives. We always base our planning and execution on the needs and wishes of the home care recipient. The job includes social documentation, acting as a care contact, and collaborating with colleagues, social workers, and relatives.

We are looking for employees with the following competencies:

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (Swedish 2). Other language skills are meritorious.
• Experience working in elderly care.
• Experience with social documentation and acting as a care contact.
• Good computer skills.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

About you

We expect you to be skilled at communicating with various types of people and to be attentive to both clients and colleagues. It is important that you are creative and can adapt to different situations and circumstances in the clients' homes.
