We are now looking for a driven and meticulous auto body painter for our client. In this role, you will become an important part of the workshop team, responsible for high-quality surface treatments and contributing to delivering vehicles and components in top condition.

About the Role

As an auto body painter, you are responsible for the entire process, from careful preparation and masking to the application of primer, paint, and clear coat, as well as final quality control. You work in a modern workshop or on-site at the customer's location, where quality, working environment, and customer experience are at the center.

• Working hours: Daytime

Your Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: sanding, degreasing, and masking

• Application of primers, basecoat, and clear coat according to work orders and color mixing specifications

• Operation of the paint booth and associated equipment

• Quality control and final inspection before delivery

• Maintenance of the workplace and equipment, as well as following safety and environmental procedures

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, and accustomed to working structured at a high pace. You enjoy practical work and have a focus on quality and details. Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude are important!

Formal Requirements

• Vocational training in auto body painting or equivalent experience

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

• Category B driver's license

Desirable Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an auto body painter

• Knowledge of color mixing systems and digital color matching

• Experience working in environmentally certified processes or with eco-friendly materials

• Professional certification or qualifications in painting
