About the role

As a Personal Service Technician, you perform diagnostics, service, repairs, and accessory installations on new and used cars. You are responsible for the entire process: from scheduling to when the car is ready for pickup, as well as providing feedback to the customer. Through your engaged and professional approach, you always ensure the customer feels professionally attended to.

What we expect from you

We believe you have a technical interest and enjoy working directly with customers. You thrive in a team that supports and motivates each other. We would like you to have automotive technical education or experience in similar tasks, as well as good knowledge of the glass business. You must have good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A valid Class B driver's license is required.

This is a permanent full-time position with an initial 6-month probationary period. The location is Bilia Passenger Cars in Sävedalen, Gothenburg. If you have questions about the role, please contact the recruiting manager.
