About the assignment

A family in Vasastan with one child (2.5 years old) is seeking help with childcare when their regular babysitter is unavailable. Their current babysitter works Tuesday-Thursday from 16:00-19:00.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we expect you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually aim for around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record).
